From the moment I called, he was incredibly responsive and professional. I had a broken pane with beveled etching that I thought would be impossible to replace as it could not be found ANYWHERE. But, the day after he came out to measure, Paul found a fabricator, provided me with a quote, and gave me a turnaround time that was spot on. I had previously called a big name company who failed to deliver a quote after almost two weeks. By the time I received it, I had already signed with Paul and I'm so glad I did. The final installed pane looks identical and a huge relief. While I hope I never need his services again, it’s a relief knowing I’ve found an honest, communicative, and friendly glazier.
